At SVIT, attendance is taken on day-to-day basis and it is then monitored using computer for further action.
- Thus attendance becomes an important pre-requisite for learning in an architecture college. As per the Gujarat University rules, during the term, students are supposed to have at lest 75% attendance in lectures and 100% attendance in studio/laboratory hours in individual subjects. There is a relaxation up to 10% on medical ground, provided college authority is informed soon after sickness and medical certificate is produce within a week after resuming.
